2017 Summer Breeze Season

July 5 | 504 Supreme

504 Supreme is a high energy ensemble whose sole purpose is to entertain. The band’s unique style of entertainment is a blend of influences, ranging from the authentic styles of Louis Armstrong to the “King of the Swingers,” the great Louis Prima.

July 12 | Bobby Blackhat Band

Bobby Blackhat brings together the finest blues musicians in Hampton Roads to perform classic, modern, as well as original blues tunes that will keep your toes tappin and your hips shakin all night long.

July 19 | Dharma Bombs

Founded in the heart of the Commonwealth, Dharma Bombs spreads Appalachian music with a side of Dixieland.

July 26 | Good Shot Judy

Virginia-based quartet Good Shot Judy specializes in classic vocal jazz entertainment. Bringing the swing to Merchants Square!

August 2 | Trutone Honeys

Bringing the sounds of the 1940’s to the Merchants Square stage, this jazz trio is sure to delight!

August 9 | The Michael Clark Band

The Michael Clark Band incorporates many different musical styles into their
show. Their powerful vocals and tight musical arrangements are the trademarks
of each performance.

August 16 | United States Air Force Heritage of America Concert Band

The finest musicians in the United States Air Force.

August 23 | United States Air Force Rhythm in Blue Jazz Ensemble

The Rhythm in Blue Jazz Ensemble tells the story of patriotism through jazz tunes and stories.

August 30 | United States Air Force Heritage Brass Ensemble

Comprised of ten brass players, a percussionist, and vocalist, the Heritage Brass Ensemble presents a diverse repertoire featuring orchestral transcriptions, patriotic favorites, jazz standards, new compositions and distinctive arrangements.
