A Williamsburg White House Inn now offers a Best Available Rate which applies to all guest rooms, Monday -Thursday, where the Innkeeper chooses the bedroom you will be enjoying during your stay, from the available inventory at the time of check-in.
If you don’t have a preference of rooms or mind changing rooms during your stay then opt for our Best Available Rate Special. Best Available Rate means that you are guaranteed one of our wonderful rooms with all the same amenities. The catch is that your room will be assigned by the innkeeper on the day you arrive, you may be placed in any room, and may need to move rooms during your stay. This allows us to fill some odd empty rooms, and gives you a break on the price. There is a 2 guest maximum for Best Available Rate reservations
Best Available Rate is available to book through the availability calendar. This special rate cannot be combined with any other discounts, packages, or gift certificates/cards. We hope to make your visit to our Williamsburg bed and breakfast as affordable and enjoyable as possible.

As a business traveler you want and need all of the modern conveniences to make your travel enjoyable and stress-free. Our business rate is $125.
All of our rooms have a king or queen bed, private bathroom, comfortable seating and much more. Free WiFi is available in the common areas as well as your room. We offer early morning tea and coffee service starting at 7am, followed by a full breakfast at 8:30am.
Your room will be chosen for you by the Innkeeper at your time of arrival. If you wish to select a specific room, then the standard room rate applies. If you wish to bring a traveling companion with you, then regular room rates apply.
Business rate is valid for one guest per room and offered Sunday through Thursdays with holidays excluded.

First and foremost, thank you for serving our country. As a way of thanking military personnel, active military only, we offer you a 10% discount off of your guest room accommodations when you stay with us midweek, Sunday through Thursday evenings.
Discount can not be combined with other discount offerings. Not available on holiday or special events. Military identification required at the time of check-in.
In the reservation form, in the Special Needs portion, please remark “Military Discount”. Once the reservation has been reviewed by staff, we will send you a new confirmation with the discount applied.
